Access Security
Security is one of greates importance when it comes to online sales

That's why the eCom store admininistration site requires SSL (Secure
Socket Layer) to be enabled to access, as well as user validation using
individual account logins. If an account has three failed logins in
a row, it's locked out as an intruder precaution.

- Automatic account lock-out due to invalid attempts.

Category Admininstration
The easy-to-use category administration section allows users to manage
their online store by creating an unlimited number of categories and sub-categories.
You can easily drill down into each category to add, edit or delete it's
sub-categories, as well as re-arrange the category order to best suit
your needs..

The product administration page use a similar drill-down design as the
category page, to make product management and placement in each category
as easy as possible. It also allows you to list all products in inventory,
as well as to search for a specific product.

Customer Administration
It's easy to manage your customers with our customer administration page.
Simply type in the first few letters of the lastname to find them, or
you may opt to browse from a complete list of your customers. From there
you can easily add, edit or delete customer information all in one place.

- Customer fields include: firstname, lastname, middle initial, street
address (2 lines), city, state, zipcode, country, phone, email address,
mailing list opt-in/out, customer support notes.

Order Administration
The orders management and administration is the heart of the eCom Engine. It automates
most of your every-day order processing tasks, such as sending out order
confirmations, shipment tracking, and customer invoicing. Here's a summary
of the extensive features list for the orders administration:
- Automatic order number assignment
- Order listing by date, customer name, status, and if pre-order /
in-stock
- Search for order(s) by customer lastname or order number
- Order statuses include Pending, Processing, Shipped, Cancelled,
or Rejected.
- Individual order detail display, including: shipping information,
payment information, indivudal order items, shipping method and cost,
sub-totals and total cost
- Fields for order status, shipment tracking number, and admin comments.
- Link to UPS online tracking site (for UPS tracking numbers)
- Ability to print customer invoice / order detail with company logo.
Admin Administration
Administrative users will have access to an Admin section as well, where they
can manage things like user accounts and sales reports. They'd also be
able to download complete customer lists and view valid / invalid login
